What is the requisite of your shipping policy?
The courier will only release the package to you after receiving your signature as proof of delivery.

What is the degree of transparency in the packaging?
Yes, Your order is typically packaged in a padded envelope, with no mention of the contents or the recipient (you). You won't find any other mention of the contents anywhere on the package, so when you receive it, you can confidently sign for it without having to deal with any uncomfortable situations at home or at work.

Can I change my delivery address after I place an order?
After your order has been processed and received a shipment confirmation email, it is not possible to change. We may be able to help you if there are extreme or unavoidable circumstances. Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your shipment confirmation email.

How long will it take for the order to be received?
A minimum of 5-7 days time period is needed for the product to be shopped and be delivered at your doorstep.

How much are shipping charges?
We are currently offering FREE shipping for a limited time

Can I pick up my order at the courier office near me?
You can do that. If you wish, you can pick it up at the BlueDart office closest to your pincode. Choosing 'SELF PICKUP' as the delivery preference will enable us to notify you about PICK-UP at your closest courier office when you place the order. To collect the package, make sure you have a valid ID with you.

Is it possible to ship to a country outside of India?
At this right moment we are not delivering outside India. However, we would request you to stay tuned as new updates are on the way very soon.

Which company will deliver my order ? Why?
We have partnered with Bluedart and delhivery to ship our products to ship our products. It will be transported via ground and air or a combination of both, and will be delivered by trained personnel of these world-class shipping companies.

Do you offer urgent shipping?
During checkout, please choose the quickest option available, which may take 3-5 days for the order to reach your local destination from warehouse. After you have submitted the order, please contact us via email or chat so we can expedite it as much as possible logistically. However, the absolute fastest time would depend upon the logistics completely in this factor.

How do I know if my area is suitable?
It will show as 'Pincode OK' if it's serviceable, if not, it will show as 'Pincode not serviceable'. If your pincode is not serviceable, please select a different address or look up the closest BlueDart courier office and select 'SELF-PICKUP' in your shopping cart, which means you will pick up the package at the nearest BlueDart office. If none of these options work for you, please. If you contact our Customer Care Team, we will attempt to assist you by involving a third party or looking into other options.

Is it possible to upgrade shipping choice to express?
Yes, you can. However, this upgrade must be paid for and received within 48 hours of placing the order. In that case, please contact our customer care team within 48 hours after placing the order on our site if you had changed your mind about shipping.

If I'm not home to sign for my delivery, what happen?
Unfortunately, the courier won't be able to deliver your package if you or someone at your home or work cannot sign for it. We can reschedule the delivery or guide you to pick it up from the courier's office if you contact us by email or chat.
